I help adolescents and adults who are struggling to cope throughout daily life with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and trauma/PTSD.
With the right counselor, you can learn how to love yourself and navigate relationships, family, work, and whatever else life throws at you.
I’m a licensed therapist with the professional and personal experience to help you learn coping skills, quiet your anxiety, decrease depression while increasing joy, processing and moving through trauma, and break the toxic cycles that keep you from living your happiest, healthiest life.

You’ll begin to understand why you think the way you think and act the way you act; by understanding this we can work toward solution and results.
We will identify toxic patterns and get to the root of them. With therapy, you will have the opportunity to heal your younger self, learn to understand and validate your feelings, heal and strengthen relationships, and begin to view yourself and the world around you differently.

Types of Therapy I provide

Accelerated Resolution Therapy | ART
ART is a trauma therapy that uses rapid eye movements, similar to EMDR. In one session, at least one traumatic event, and sometimes multiple events, can be processed and you can leave feeling relief. The results are long lasting, no maintenance needed!

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy | DBT
“Dialectical” means “working with opposites”. DBT uses seemingly opposite strategies of ‘acceptance’ and ‘change’. I will accept you just as you are and acknowledge the need for change in order to move forward and reach your personal goals.

Anxiety Counseling & Depression Therapy
You’ve had anxiety and or depression for so long you think it’s normal, but it’s not. You will learn how your brain works to find what coping skills are best for you to live a more balanced fulfilled life. We will get to the root problems including low self esteem, codependency, people pleasing, and more.
